Rooms in Lake House

If anyone is looking for housing for the upcoming academic year (Fall 2025-Summer 2026), I have two rooms available in my house.

The house is located on Northwood Lake in Northport (~12 minute drive to campus; ~6 minute drive to Northport).

$750 per month unfurnished; $800 per month furnished (includes queen bed frame, nightstand, and dresser); Lease Term: Aug 2025-July 2026
New construction (2024); Bedroom ~140 sq ft; bathroom ~40 sq ft
*utilities not included (split amongst roommates)

My roommate and I are both PhD students, so grad students preferred, but chill undergrads would be fine as well. There is a dog in the house so must be pet friendly.
