Mosaic Apartment, close to campus.
I live in an apartment complex called The Mosaic Apartments. It is about 10 minutes away from the university. It is a gated community, but be aware that the front gate is rarely closed. However, I have been living here for a year now, and I have... never felt unsafe at night; the area is well-lit and I haven’t met a shady person yet. The complex is full of families, which I love, and all of the children I’ve encountered are nice. The office is always helpful and the maintenance guys are awesome. Rather than a hallway, the front doors go straight to the outside, but I do have a deadlock. I live on the second floor and we do not have an elevator, sadly. This is in the listing, but the apartment has a pool, gym, playground, dog park, and tennis court. We have 24-hour maintenance and someone comes to spray for bugs on a regular basis.
