Magnolia House

I am currently a rising 2L at The University of Alabama School of Law and am looking for someone to take over my lease. I have enjoyed my time in this apartment and location immensely.

I have a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom place on Paul Bryant a few blocks...
from the stadium and main campus, right down the road from the law school (5-10 minutes away), and just steps away from downtown.

This location has been great for me because it is an area where many other students live and is close enough to everything. The Strip and main campus where there is a public, which is within walking distance, but Target, Aldi, and Fresh Market are only 10 minutes away. When I am not studying at home or school, there is a Starbucks down the road on Paul Bryant, and my favorite coffee shop, Turbo Coffee, is a short walk towards downtown. Furthermore, the law school has many events downtown, so it is convenient to live close by.

The place is big enough for two people, as the rooms and living room have plenty of space. I thoroughly enjoyed having separate spaces for my bedroom and office. Rent and power (the only utility you pay for) would be about $1350 in total. Moreover, I was able to have two dogs that kept me company.

The neighborhood is excellent for walking or running, as you can take a different route each time. Many current law students live in this area, but you are near other neighborhoods with plenty of students who enjoy walking around.

Let me know if you have any questions about the apartment!
