I currently live in a 3 bed 3 bath apartment and am looking for a male to take over the lease for my unit. Rent is approximately $750-$800 a month but we are willing to offer a discount for the first month and/or negotiate the rent price. Move in as... early as May but lease officially starts in July. I have great roommates who have been very clean and respectful throughout all my time here. One of my roommates is also moving out so there are 2 possible rooms for availability but I am specifically looking to sublet my lease.
